You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
The item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition you received them. Unfortunately we cannot accept a return if the item has been opened due to personal hygiene reasons.
Please contact us for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and our returns address.
You will be responsible for covering the costs associated with the return. We recommend posting with a tracked service as we will be unable to refund any items lost on their way back to us.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the unopened item(s).
Faulty or damaged items
If there is a problem with an item you received, please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent quickly. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this.
